Dear all

Just a quick note to say a sincere thank you for the excellent customer service I received yesterday.

I was really sorry but I had to return one set of my ordered replacement blinds in the morning as they were too short by 1cm, not a lot I know but it really made a difference, the young lady was very efficient and said that they would remake the set and let me know when they would be ready.

By the time I got home from work there was an answer phone message left by Ade, offering to come and hang the new vanes for me.

When I rang Ade back he explained that he had remade the blinds and would willingly come round to hang them that night as he made the original set.

We agreed a time and sure enough there he was. He very kindly re-hung the new vanes in a speedy professional manner and he even looked at my other set which would not close, due to me not putting them on correctly! So thank you Ade!

Once again, thank you for the fast efficient service, I am pleased with my new blinds and glad I chose Vision!
